Massage is an effective bodywork therapy for mental and physical tensions, and combined with Olfactotherapy and Clinical Aromatherapy, can deeply affect us positively emotionally too - our sense of smell is closely connected to our limbic system, the centre of emotional memory and behaviour.

Olfactotherapy is the use of plant scents in the consulting room to create emotional changes, and Clinical Aromatherapy is the use of plant essential oils applied directly to the skin for holistic and therapeutic purposes. Essential oils are potent extracts of plant leaves, flowers and roots and have been used in holistic medicine for thousands of years – there are around 400 different oils extracted from plants all over the world.

My bodywork sessions are multi-dimensional, not solely physical. They are psychically, intuitively and spiritually guided. I often use organic herbal smudges for energetic cleansing; as many herbs used in sessions as possible are grown by me from seed in the WytchWood garden.
