Anxiety is indicated by feelings of fear either as a reaction to a current situation, a worry about future events or as a result of a previously traumatic experience. We all experience anxiety at some point in our lives but it’s only when we find it difficult to control our worries that anxiety can adversely affect our day to day lives and the quality of our lives; it is often misunderstood and can be not only incredibly frustrating but also debilitating.
With holistic approaches using various techniques including energy medicine, acupressure and bodywork massage, sessions are dedicated to gently yet effectively reducing feelings of anxiety including mental overactivity, panic attacks, insomnia and obsessive compulsive tendencies.
